If you are a professional therapist, I am an experienced supervisor and trainer and I offer a confidential and nurturing space for practitioners seeking clinical supervision, consultative support, or CPD training. My therapy and supervision practice is normally fully booked. If you are interested in training please feel free to contact me.

If you are seeking therapy, my psychotherapy and art psychotherapy practice is fully booked, but you may also find counsellors / psychotherapists via BACP's Therapists Directory or art therapists / art psychotherapists via BAAT's Find an Art Therapist service. 

Professional registrations / accreditations:

• BACP Senior Accredited Supervisor, supervising Art Psychotherapists, Counsellors / Psychotherapists, Arts Therapists, Line Managers, CEOs, and other professionals. I supervise for diverse organisations in statutory, third sector, forensic, and voluntary settings; and also supervise practitioners in private practice. 

• BACP Registered Senior Accredited Psychotherapist / Counsellor. My competences and practice standards are senior accredited by BACP as being aligned to column C in the SCoPEd framework (BACP, 2025; PCPB, 2025). See BACP Register.

• HCPC Registered Art Psychotherapist. See HCPC Register.

My professional approach: 

My approach is person-centred and collaborative, working in partnership with you to maximise your strengths and choices.

Professionally, my theoretical orientation is pluralistic / integrative, with a person-centred core informed by psychodynamic and systems theories. My practice aligns with trauma-informed care principles (SAMSHA) and I work collaboratively, aligning with co-production (DoH, 2018) principles and practises. Being pluralistic / integrative, my work is informed by humanistic, systemic, environmental, Jungian, psychodynamic / attachment, & existential / transpersonal theories.
