Kairos - An opportune time and space where
creative transformation is possible.
"Kairos reigns where creative purposes
are to be achieved"
You are welcome. I am an experienced psychotherapist, art psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer dedicated to supporting and empowering people on their journey toward self-discovery and healing or professional development. With a compassionate and collaborative approach, I draw on over thirty years of expertise to create a safe, nurturing environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and creative expression. Some things in life can feel difficult at times, and seeking support is a brave and powerful step toward healing and growth. My practice is a space where you are met with compassion, honesty, and understanding. Here, your story matters. Together, we’ll work to build on your strengths, explore what might be holding you back, and develop ways that help you move forward with more clarity and confidence. Using evidence-based approaches such as counselling, longer term psychotherapy, or art psychotherapy, we’ll work together to create practical, personalized strategies that align with your goals and values. If you are a professional therapist, I offer clinical supervision or training for continuing professional development. My practice is normally fully booked, but I welcome enquiries.
My approach is pluralistic / integrative, with a core orientation which is person-centred. My practice is trauma-informed and I work collaboratively, aligning with co-production principles and practises. My work is also informed by humanistic, systemic, environmental, psychodynamic / attachment, existential / transpersonal, & CBT theories.
